Tech Scope Connect – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Tech Scope Connect platform, including all websites, applications, events, content, memberships, communities, tools, and services (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by Tech Scope Connect (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, registering for events, purchasing memberships, or engaging with any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Platform Purpose

Tech Scope Connect is a professional technology community and events platform designed to facilitate education, networking, collaboration, and commercial engagement across emerging and enterprise technology sectors.

We reserve the right to modify, expand, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• Users must be at least 18 years old

• You are responsible for maintaining account security

• All activity under your account is your responsibility

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for false information, misuse, or violations of these Terms.

3. Memberships, Subscriptions & Payments

• Paid memberships are billed in advance on a recurring basis

• Charges renew automatically unless canceled prior to renewal

• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise

Continued use constitutes acceptance of pricing or benefit changes.

4. Events & Access

Event registrations:

• Are non-transferable

• Grant access only to the registered party

• May be revoked for policy violations

Schedule changes, speaker changes, or cancellations may occur. Liability is limited to the amount paid.

5. Community Conduct

All users must comply with the Community Code of Conduct. Violations may result in immediate removal without notice.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant Tech Scope Connect a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and promote that content in connection with the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, software, and materials are owned by or licensed to Tech Scope Connect and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is.” No guarantees are made regarding business outcomes, leads, revenue, or performance.

9. Limitation of Liability

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to Tech Scope Connect in the prior twelve (12) months.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Nevada courts.
